Where is the cylinder head temperature sensing unit located in my truck?

Where is the cylinder head temperature sensing unit located in my truck? Code thrown indicates this is the issue. It does look like a chipmunk was attempting to build a nest on my engine, not sure if they could have chewed through wires. All worked and then boom not working, throwing codes. Truck only driven one time a week or so. Would like to replace myself if possible.

I do dozens of these a year. You will need to remove the intake to get to the chewed up connector and sensor because it sits in the valley. Be sure to clean up the mouse nest real good and it would be a good idea to inspect the intake for cracks along the seal areas and replace the crossover pipe o-ring while you are there. Not a difficult repair, just time consuming. Here is the sensor location in the diagrams below.
