While driving or at a light, when I go to steer (moving or not), my steering make a noise like a hundred year old door hinge.
The hard part is it comes and goes. Some days it creaks, some days it does not creak. Any ideas?

On a SUV with 150,000 miles it is likely in the suspension and front end joints/bushings. If you want to get some up close pictures of the various joints and bushings around the front wheels, we will be glad to look and see what we can.

There are some guides in the "suspension" section here: https://www.2carpros.com/articles.

Let us know.
