How long has it been sitting since it was last running? Have you checked for spark?

The camshaft position sensor and the crankshaft position sensor commonly fail on any engine by becoming heat-sensitive, then they work again after cooling down for about an hour. While driving, natural air flow keeps them cool. Standing still allows engine heat to migrate up to the sensors, causing them to fail. This more commonly happens when a hot engine is stopped for a short period of time, as in when buying gas.
