Engine flooding?

When you go to start car engine it floods itself. You can take out fuel pump relay and get car too start. No codes thrown. No fuel injectors leaking.

This happens when a shorted fuel injector is forcing the injector driver inside the PCM to go full blast, I would unplug the injectors and use this guide below to test the OHMS.

Here is how you can change the injectors out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
