Try again and it will crank for one second and stop cranking. Changed ignition switch and pig tail to it. When you turn ignition on the gauges are on and when cranking the gauges go to 0. Checked grounds. I power probe the yellow wire from the ignition and the engine starts right up. Please help. Thanks

Hello,

I'm not sure what you mean by power probing the yellow wire from the ignition switch, but that is the wire that goes to the solenoid on the starter. So if it is not getting power the problem could be in your ignition switch. I have included a wiring diagram of your vehicle's starting system in the diagrams down below. I have also included factory testing for your ignition switch. Please use this for reference and get back to us with what you are ale to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

Did you test your ignition switch with a Digital Multi Meter (DMM) like is specified in the last reply that was sent? Here is a link for you if you are unfamiliar with how to use one:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-voltmeter

We need you to do this to determine if your ignition switch is the problem. Please test your ignition switch and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
