Okay, so I bought this vehicle and it quit running while the last owner was driving it. I changed the CPS fuel pump has power but there is no power to the coil. No check engine light and none of the gauges are reading. Used a OBD and the only code is for a MAF sensor. All fuses are getting power. Is my CPU bad or could there be another problem?

You did not list the correct engine size so I cannot figure out which systems you have. There are two sensors with the initials you listed. You cannot have twelve volts to the fuel pump if you do not have it at the ignition coil. They can be fed from different relays, but the engine computer turns both of them on at the same time. You are either checking something incorrectly, or at different times. For the gauges, are you saying none of them are indicating a problem, or they are all staying on "0"? Does anything else in the instrument cluster work properly?

Chrysler never needed a mass air flow sensor to make their engines run right. Could the code you got be for the manifold absolute pressure, (MAP) sensor? If it is, what is the exact fault code number? There are about a dozen codes related to the MAP sensor, and they mean very different things.

Can you hear the hum of the fuel pump for one second when you turn on the ignition switch?
