So, I replaced my water pump, my fuel pump and fuel sending unit. I replaced my camshaft position sensor. I replaced my ignition switch and put all new fuses in and also replaced my spark plugs, but my car is giving me a crank no start and I get only 1 code which is p0340. My battery is good I just replaced it.

The P0340 code on a 2005 Chrysler 300 indicates a problem with the Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit. So, it looks like there is a problem with the connector such as it is not connected fully or the sensor you installed is defective. I would remove the connector for inspection and if it looks okay replace the sensor with a replacement. Here is the correct way to replace the sensor so we can be on the same page. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

It's still giving me the p0340 code. I can't start the car it just cranks and I replaced the sensor but when I checked the wiring it looked like its oil in one of my connectors.

Thanks for the images. Can you upload a short video of the engine cranking so I can tell if the engine is hurt or not? You could have a broken timing chain which I can tell from the video or you can do a compression test.

Please upload videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.

Yep, the engine camshaft timing is off are you have some other kind of engine internal failure, to confirm go ahead and do the compression test. Thanks for the video. If there is no compression in all or several cylinders I would get a new or rebuilt engine. This is why you are getting the p0340 code as well.
