Crank but no start

Hi, so bought this car from a buddy that hasn't driven it in years. So put a new battery and car started right up and was working just fine. A week ago after driving around the neighborhood and parked it and since it doesn't want to start. So did a the usual checks fuses, relays and what not. Last I was checking make sure fuel comes out. So I loosened the fuel line bolt and crank it up and it started right up. After I drove around and parked it again next time it wont start up again unless I loosen the fuel line. Don't know what it can be.

It sounds like a fuel pressure related issue. At this point, try this. Remove the fuel cap and see if it stays running and will restart. Something could be preventing air from entering the tank as the fuel is drawn out by the pump.

Please note that removing the fuel cap can cause the check engine light to turn on and indicate a large evap leak.

If that does nothing, then I suggest checking fuel pressure. Here is a link that shows in general how it is done:
