Hello,

i have the van listed above, it was misfiring and giving codes of p0300, p0203 and p0303. If remember correctly it had something to do with the fuel injector wiring. I changed out the wiring harness for the fuel injectors and now it won't fire. I tested the spark plug for spark and it is there. The plugs were wet so it seems to have fuel. It was running before the harness swap, but poorly and now it won't fire. It has a new, strong battery, I replaced the cam position sensor and the coil pack and the relays seem to be okay. What do you think?

If you have a shorted injector it can cause the PCM to go full on causing the engine to flood. How wet are the plugs? Also does the system have spark? This guide can help us see what's going on:

Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Thanks Ken.
The plugs were pretty wet. The plugs have spark. If the PCM was stuck full on, how would I know?

The plugs will be dripping wet. Lets remove the injectors and use this guide to test them:

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

Hmm, it should be 12 volts. it sounds like the PCM has gone out. To be sure lets do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair. you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00. here is a video to show you how:

Here is the location of the PCM and replacement instructions I would check the electrical connector for corrosion. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
