Could not perform smog

Hi, took my car to a smog check center and they couldn’t help me because there was no power.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

First, check to see if Pin 16 in the data link connector (DLC) has 12 volts. It should have it all the time. See picture 1 for pin allocation.
