My van keeps overheating. I can safely drive a couple of miles, or few exits on the freeway before I need to pull it over and cool down. I'm really unclear about the routing of hoses, and exactly where they hook up. Can you please help me with this issue? Thanks, Dan Kerby

Hello,

An engine can overheat due to a number of reasons.
It could be as simple as being low on coolant. Also, can be due to a stuck closed thermostat, bad water pump, bad cooling fan or clutch, faulty radiator etc.

Take a look at this helpful guide. It goes over the basics and what to look for when overheating is an issue.

Let me know what you find or if you have any questions.
Thank you.
