My car keeps boiling back into the overflow tank after its been driven enough to warm up. Why does it do this?

Rather than go through the list of possibilities, what have you checked so far? Does your heater blow hot air? Is the radiator fan turning on? Has it been chemically-checked for a leaking cylinder head gasket?

Yes the fan works the heater blows hot air and the engine is a salvage rebuilt. It did not have any signs of leaking when I got it.
