Cooling fans not turning on?

Cooling fans don’t turn on. They work when power is directly applied to the fan motors. And they work when the ac pressure sensor is unplugged. A/C compressor was replaced as well as the expansion valve condenser and A/C pressure sensor.

When you turn the A/C on and wait about 30 seconds does the cooling fans come on? Also does the A/C get cold? If the A/C is not working the fans will not come on until the engine is hot. Please let me know. Also do you have a check engine light on? IF so you should run the codes to see which ones are stored, here is a guide to help you:
