Hello, great site here guys! It is a hybrid two point three liter. I am having an issue with both cooling fans. I have checked so far the fuses and associated relays. I believe I am not getting power out to both the fan motor connectors from relay bank near passenger front by radiator. But I can apply power to both fans and actuate both motors. That doesn’t mean I haven’t made a mistake along the way as this is a complicated system to me. Can you explain how the system functions with the what sensor and A/C on? And what I should be checking how and when? Thanks. With A/C on also, no fans working.

Hello,

This sounds to me like you could have an open in the wiring after the relays in the cooling fan circuit somewhere. In the diagrams down below I have included a factory diagnostic troubleshooting guide. It is pretty straight forward and simple, but it will require you to use a multi-meter. I have included a link below if you are unfamiliar with how to use one.

Please go through the guide down below and let us know what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
