Does the car listed above have just a head cylinder temperature sensor? If so, where is it located exactly? I cannot find it to save my life. By no means I am a knowledgeable person when it comes to cars, but I know a thing or two. Please help with the exact location.

Good morning,

I attached the diagram of the location of the sensor for you. It is tight to get to it.

Okay, I enlarged the picture to try to get a better view of the sensor. It is on the back of the passenger cylinder head and the EGR tube runs over it.

You need to remove the EGR tube to gain access to it. You will need to go over the top of the motor to get to it. It is a very tight area.

I attached some pictures below for you to view. The tube is secured by fittings. They should be a 3/4 or 7/8 open-end wrench for loosening.
