Coolant on passenger side floor

On the passenger side leg area I am getting spattering of what I think is coolant. It spattered as far up as the glove box and on to the door speaker. It collected on the floor in a somewhat large damp area.

I thought it was the heater core leaking but I took it out and it was completely dry. The liquid is orangish red. It seems to smell like coolant but I'm not totally sure. The coolant in the engine comes out yellowish and I think it might dry to the orange color I see.

The engine was somewhat low on coolant.

My question is, are there any other hoses or things in the area of the passenger leg area that I should check to see what is the problem?
