Coolant leakage

Coolant spraying out of exhaust lightly and overheats. Just replaced the thermostat and steam is coming out where the oil filter housing sits. Gaskets are all fine within the intake manifold.

Based on your description, it sounds like a blown head gasket. Do me a favor, take a look through this link and perform the simple tests. Let me know the results and I will be able to guide you on what should be done. Also, I will need to know if it is a 4 or 6 cylinder.
