Hello,

You might have a leak in one of the heater hoses.
The heater hoses goes into the firewall and connected to the heater core. If you open the hood, you will see 2 hoses going into the firewall on the passenger side.
Visually inspect to see if either of them leaking. Many times they will leak from the disconnect joint.

This vehicle also have coolant bypass hose towards to back of the engine as well.
