Coolant leak

In front timing cover there appeares to be a weep hole located just left of water pump. Under presssure coolant leaks from hole. What does that indicate?

Replace the water pump.

The 745 cars have a problem with a coolant transfer pipe under the intake leaking
very extensive repair I have done several in my shop. The weep hole he's talking about is in the timing cover not on the pump.
