My car is leaking anti freeze from the enigine what causes that?

It is possible the leak is from a water tube O-ring that has failed and will require the front timing cover to be removed to repair this issue, probably not something you would feel comfortable with repairing it in the driveway. Do you have a BMW shop in mind?

I suggest seeking a local BMW shop that is experienced in the E-65 745 cars. It is a complex operation that might be quite expensive. First thing to do is to pinpoint the source before attempting repairs as this is something best taken on by someone who really knows the car, it might be something like a pinhole in a hose for all I know from here and without seeing the car myself.
