Codes P0303, P1063, P1062 and P0300, car has been losing coolant as soon as it is poured in?

Recently my car has been losing coolant as soon as it's poured in. I haven't found any leaks, but the exhaust pipe is producing a white smoke as well as a smell of something burning. The engine also starts to shake hard while driving.

I ran a diagnostic on it and got these codes:
P0303
P1063
P1062
P0300

Yep, this sounds like a classic sign of a blown head gasket, but to be sure we can run a chemical test, please go over this guide:
