Drain the oil and coolant, change out the gaskets, fill with water with some dawn dish soap in it. Put cheap oil in it with a quart of marvel mystery oil in place of one quart of oil change the filter. Start it and let it run until it gets warm. Shut it off and let it cool. Drain the cooling system and fill with clean water. Drain the oil, change the filter and fill with cheap oil again. Run until warm. Now you can change the fluids for the last time. Put in 50/50 coolant, new oil and filter and you should be okay.

The big thing about coolant in the oil is if you caught it before the coolant did any damage to the bearings or lifters. The above flushing should remove all the coolant from the bottom end and dissolved any sludge that may have started by the coolant contaminating the oil. But you will not know for sure if you saved it until it is run some more.
