Coolant in oil

Car started overheating So I checked coolant and hoses and radiator. Was no leaks anywhere but was dangerously low on coolant. I added more coolant and then checked the oil. It was milky on the oil stick.

Not a good sign. There are two possible areas that can cause this. One is the head gaskets the other are the intake manifold gaskets.
Step one would be to change the oil and filter. Now run a combustion gas test and see if it is a head gasket issue.

If the tests show good compression and no gasses in the coolant it is likely to be just the intake gaskets. Those are not that bad to change.
