You would bleed out any air as and after you are filling the vehicle. However you would only bleed it if you drained all the coolant out. If that is what you did then you need to disconnect the hose that goes to the EGR cooler, then add the correct Toyota SLLC coolant to the radiator reservoir until it reaches the full line. Now squeeze the upper and lower radiator hoses by hand a few times and look at the coolant level. Add enough to bring it back to full. When you see coolant dripping out of the EGR hose, reconnect it. Then repeat the squeeze and fill until it stops going down. Now start the engine and go for a drive to bring the engine up to temperature. Run the heater as well. Now park it and let it cool down. Check to see if it is still at the full line (cold) if it isn't add some coolant. Should be bled out, but you might want to look a couple times just to be sure nothing is leaking.
