Recently my engine coolant has been disappearing and putting the cooling fan to work. When I open the coolant reservoir the coolant suddenly reappears at a boiling temperature. What can be the issues to this?

Hello,

It sounds like your engine might be overheating.

When you get the overheated coolant on the reservoir, where does the temperature show on the gauge?

Have a look this article, it goes thru the typical overheating issues:

One of most common issues for overheating is a stuck closed thermostat. When this happens it won't allow the coolant to flow through the engine and can back up the coolant to the reservoir.

Please let me know what you are experiencing.
Thank you.
