Every 2 or 3 days I have to topped up the cooling water in the Cooling Water Tank.
Suspect leakages of the cooling water piping situated at the back of the engine.
Do I have to to shift up the whole engine out for this repair? As I was told that there's no room underneath to do any repairing or replacing the piping.
Please advise further.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my technical information is very limited. Can you tell which line is leaking? Is it a heater hose?

Let me know.

Not sure actually where the leaking was originated from. But drops of water found on the floor right underneath the engine.
Cooling water pump was recently replaced. Every 2-3 days need to top up the cooling water reservoir tank by about 500 ml.

Welcome back:

That could be from several different places. Try pressure testing it to see if you can cause it to leak and then follow the leak to its source. Here is a link that explains how it is done. You will need a pressure tester, but most parts stores will lend or rent one to you.
