Constant clicking noise when driving

I hear a constant clicking noise when driving. The turn signals and hazard lights still work, but they still click when not in use, can you help me please?

Try to find the area or relay that is making noise so it can be checked out for a bad relay or maybe the t/s flasher which is hazard switch.
