Vehicle has a rough idle and an extremely weak throttle response. Recently had an oil change and just yesterday changed out my radiator fluid. I remembered to bleed the air out of the coolant system as well. There is white smoke coming out of the muffler. Was hoping for a diagnosis.

Good afternoon.

White smoke is an indication of burning coolant from a possible failed head gasket.

Look for bubbles in the cooling system while the engine is running.

A leak down test will confirm. That is where they remove the plugs and insert shop air directly into the cylinder and look for any coolant movement in the radiator.
