Cold with hot

I get cold air with the hot air. It seems to be mostly when traveling. I can't see anything missing or out of place. Could it be a missing plug or something with the air cylinders under the dash?

Check your blend door actuator it may be on top of hvac unit we have no pics of it. Try pulling hvac fuse inside truck for 60 seconds with key on then reinstall it may reset
