I flushed the system, put in a new thermostat, checked to make sure blend door working good, and they are. i also pressure tested the system. What could cause no heat? Heater core is not leaking. Could water pump be the problem?

If the engine is not overheating the water pump is okay. I would remove the heater hoses and flush the core using a garden hose. Then, once reassembled fill the system, then start the engine with the radiator cap off, after the engine gets warm jack the front of the car up while running and then raise the rear of the car up, this will help get the air bubbles out of the system which should get the heat going again. Also, check both heater hoses, they should both be warm.
