On removing the clutch release cylinder, I took the bolts out and tried to remove the clutch release cylinder. I could not get it to come loose from the lever sticking out of the transmission.
Do I need to take the two hydraulic lines off?

Do I need to drain the transition oil and transfer case or any other oils or fluids from transmission?

Good morning,

It sounds like it is stuck to the bell housing.

I attached a picture for you to view. You need to release the line from the clutch master cylinder and the 2 attaching bolts. Then it should come free of the bell housing and the rod will come free from the clutch fork.

No, none of the oils have to be drained at all. The clutch fluid is brake fluid and is filled at the firewall.

I also attached the bleeding process for bleeding the air from the system.
