Squeaking noise coming from transmission/clutch area.

If the noise is when you are pressing the pedal it could be the pin in the clutch pedal assembly. However, if it is coming from in the transmission when the clutch is released then more than likely it is the throw out bearing. If this is the case then it will need to be removed to replace it. If you are going to do this, then you should probably just replace replace the entire clutch assembly so you don't have to go back in if there is an issue in the near future.
