Why is the climate control not working properly?

So, there are no lights on the climate control dash at all. I can’t turn the A/C on or off, but it is blowing air constantly. My friend told me she checked the fuses and that there are no blown fuses but she and I both agree it looks like there might be a fuse or two missing under the steering column, but the cover is missing. We aren’t sure which slots are supposed to have a fuse in it nor what volt fuse. But I’m also not sure if it is a fuse issue since it is blowing air. Please help me, thank you.

Yep, missing fuses will cause the system not to work correctly. There are 7 normal fuses that run the system which I have saved for you in the diagrams below. Also, here is how to check the fuses which you should do with the key on:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

I have also included where the fuses are in diagrams below as well. If all of the fuses are good or not missing it sounds like you have an HVAC control module that is not working but to be sure you can do a CAN scan which is easy, you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $30.00. here is a video to show you how:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
