No air coming out of any of the vents in any mode. It has power to Climate Control unit and no fuses seem to be blown. Sounds coming from unit make it seem as if it is trying to engage but then just stops after initial attempt at starting the blower.

So, does the air not go to the correct vents like a mode actuator? Or does the blower motor stop working after a little while? if the vent air direction is the problem and you can still hear the blower motor working, I would replace the mode actuator. Here is a guide to help you and I have included instructions in the images below for additional clarification.

The blower does not work period. The noise I hear is probably just the actuators moving when changing modes with the climate control switch.

Okay, chances are the blower motor has gone out which is common, but to be sure this guide can help you test for power and ground, also you can remove the blower motor and put 12 volts to it to see if it works.

Here is the location of the blower motor (passengers' side under the dash) so you can check it out. Also, I would check the blower fuse 40 amp which is in the under-hood fuse panel. I have also seen the blower motor speed control module go out as well, which if you remove you might be able to see burnt connections or hot spots. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
