I have checked the four fuses all okay. Is there another fuse box that is not in the manual? As no spare wheel if I get a puncture I cannot use the pump or glue supplied many thanks for any help.

Hello,

While I was researching your problem I came across this Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that may or may not be applicable to you and your vehicle. Please check it out as I have included in the diagrams down below for you. Get back to us with what you find out and we can go from there.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

Okay, In the diagrams down below I have included the Power Distribution Wiring Diagram that has the power sockets on it. It looks like this could be a problem with your vehicle's Socket Relay which is located in Fuse Panel F on the right hand side of the luggage compartment. I have also included a diagram of fuse panel F with a callout in the diagrams down below. Here is a link below for you to go to on how to test a relay:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

Please go through these guides and get back to us with how everything turns out.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

Can you give me the exact date of manufacture from the drivers door jamb, please. There are four different fuse panel configurations for your vehicle, believe it or not.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

You are not a pain at all. I've just been a little busy, and I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. So this is a little strange. In the wiring diagram I sent earlier, it clearly shows that the sockets relay (up by the top of the diagram) as being in Fuse Panel F, and the diagram of the fuse panel is of Fuse Panel F, but it looks nothing like your fuse panel. He system Audi uses for fuses is called a track fuse system that is a little hard to understand, but it clearly states that fuse panel F is in the right hand side of the trunk (luggage compartment). Let me do a little more research and I will get back to you with what I am able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

Okay, the fact that this is a United Kingdom vehicle is probably why I am not able to match the picture you provided with the diagrams in my reference materials. The model that is in my reference material is a Q5 with a 3.2L engine. I have sent you everything that I have about the fuse panel F, where the wiring diagram has the, Sockets Relay, that I am thinking is bad and the cause of why none of your vehicle's power sockets are getting power. If you can look at the cover of the luggage compartment fuse panel there should be a callout with where all the fuses and relays are located for that fuse panel. Find the sockets relay and then go to the link below.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

There are also two fuse panels on each end of the dash board if you can't find the sockets relay in the luggage compartment fuse panel. Please get back to us with what you are able to find out and thank you for your patience.

Thanks,
Alex
