My power door locks do not work. When you push up or down on the switch inside the vehicle (driver or passenger), it does nothing. Also, it does nothing when the car is driven, the doors do not automatically lock when it goes over 15 mph.
Could this be a fuse?

Yes. And the driver or passenger wiring underneath comes loose also(drivers mostly).

Had the same problem with our '05 Town & Country just 100 miles out of warranty @ 36100 miles. We took it to the Chrysler dealer for repair. Turns out that there is no fuse. Instead, there is a relay embedded in the driver side rear sliding door, but that was not the problem. They spent about 15 minutes flashing the ECM with a computer code then charged me for 2 hours labor to the tune of $195. It did fix the problem, however, a few months later one of the door locks quick working again (rear sliding door). It still doesn't work because I refuse to pay them again. Good luck!
