Door locks don't work by remote control
or with key can only manually use a key to open
the drivers door

remote will operate tailgate but not the other doors

The fault is most likely a tripped code inside the Body Control Module. It can only be retrieved and reset by a scanner capable of scanning BCM. Your usual OBD-II scanner is not capable of this function, nor removing the battery cables from the their posts.
