2002 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I need some help. We own a Chrysler Town and Country mini-van and for some strange reason we cannot get the car to start. It was running fine, but every now and then the car will refuse to start again, after it has been shut off. All of the interior lights still turn on as well as the radio and air conditioning. When I turn the key in the ignition, there is a clicking sound, but no turnover. I replaced the battery in the car last month, and when I check the voltage on the battery, it is where it needs to be.
Any advice?

Hello,

Clicking sound could be the starter solenoid. It sounds like the solenoid is getting the power and clicking over, but the starter is not engaging to start the engine.
This could be due to a bad starter or even a corroded wire to the starter. First check the starter cable that is attached to the starter, make sure it is clean and secured. A dirty connector or loose wire can also make it click but not start.

Take a look at this helpful guide:

I have attached the starter replacement procedure below for your reference.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
