The car wont start when the key is turned?

The car wont start when the key is turned. Lights dim, speedo and tach needles make a cycle from 0 to max all the lights are dim for several minutes but then recover to full brightness. Only happens when the key is turned in the ignition.

Yep, this happens when the TIPM goes out which is common but fear not it is easy to replace because it does not require any programming it is a plug and play thing. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
