I'm glad to help. Last night, I wrote all the procedures for checking the codes that you had. There must have been about two pages. My computer, for some reason, locked up and I lost it twice. That's not your fault. Based on the codes, I was wondering if you had changed tire size because that was one of the possible problems. Also, the computer needs to recognize the CAB and VIN number. All in all, that was it. If you have your owner's manual, check OEM tire size to make sure they are correct. I'm confident they are, but it doesn't hurt to check.

Hi Joe, with the weekend here, I plan to spend time using the questions you asked to better check out the van--I'll start with the tire sizes. I found the r rear tire was 6 pounds lower on air than the left side. I added air and will drive it before proceding to the next step. I'll let you know. Thanks, Pierre

Let me know what you find. I'm mad that I haven't pointed you in the right direction. Also, I also remember reading that the differential type must by known by the computer. Maybe something was lost in memory and the computer is expecting a different signal from the sensor.

Just more food for thought.

Joe

Hi Joe, since my last message, let me catch you up. Tire sizes are correct and the 6 lb difference in tire pressure made no difference when it was corrected, lights still came on at about 40 mph. I spent one morning taking out the battery and the battery holder to get to the ABS Control Module Wiring Harness Connector. Thinking maybe battery acid/moisture had gotten to the connections, I took apart, sprayed WD 40 on the terminals and put all back together. Unfortunately, it made no difference--lights came on again around 40 mph. I know you've spent lots of time on this and I want you to know how much I appreciate you trying to help me. Regards, Pierre.

Don't worry about the time. I'm glad to help and haven't. But I will if it's the last thing I do. Were you able to check the computer to see if the correct vin and differential information was there? Let me know. I am going to get some other input on this.

Joe

No, I haven't. Somehow, I'll have to find another way to get the codes scanned and check, but at this point I don't know where/how. Have a great day.
