The check engine light is on and the cose P0134 comes up. After looking up I found it to be the Oxygen sensor. We are selling the car and want to fix it cheaply. What exactly is the oxygen sensor and can I fix it myself

Code means no activity in circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1. The side of engine towards radiator sensor before catalytic convertor. Check to see if wiring is intact.
Should be able to replace O2 but not sure that will fix light. If wiring good have code cleared see if it resets.
