Electrical problem
2000 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 122268 miles

My Radiator cooling fans stay on, even when the ignition is off. We put a diagnostic scanner on the vehical and recieved a DTC P1491 "Fan Relay Circuit Fault"
I can't locate the "Relay" for the Radiator cooling fans
Does anyone know where it would be.

Thanks In Advance

This is not your normal relay. It is a solid state relay and it's mounted to the inside of the frame in the front driver's side, near the radiator.
