1999 Chrysler Town and Country Starting

After a 10Min ride I stopped at bank. 15mins later when I turned key to start there is a hissing noise and no cranking. Ligts and all other off. Batt. OK. Tried couple of times. It appeared as if the starter is not working. After half hour, I tried the ignition, Boy Engine cranked and started OK. This morning outside temp was minus 5 degrees F. Car started fine.

To better assist you is your vehicle a LWB AWD, or LWB FWD or SWB FWD. Is it also a limited or LX or LXI or SX? Also, please tell me the size of your engine in liter and the 8th digit of your VIN.
