2001 Sebring V6, 30,000 Miles, (one owner) Speedometer, fuel gauge, Heat gauge, etc, on dash panel work sporadically, from day to day and from AM to PM, sometimes accurately, sometimes they won't move at all, and other times they flip back and forth, regardless of weather or driving conditions. I'll be very grateful for any help I can get.

Sounds like a bad/loose connection somewhere. Try removing the dash cluster and inspect the connectors. Check all fuses/relays for loose/corroded connections, underhood and in the passenger compartment
