My cars keys get stuck in the ignition and the the gears will move without pressing the brake. It will start up but nothing works like my windows and radio and blinkers ect. But I do have headlights and brakelights but thats it.

Your headlights and brake don't go through the key switch. But your radio, windows, turn lights and such do. You need to remove the key switch from the steering column, and possibly try re-installing it. If that is not possible, you will need to change the ignition key. Keep in mind that your key is coded for anti-theft.
