2003 Chrysler Sebring Car wont start

Car was low on gas so put 2 gallons in and now car wont start. Got started fluid and tried jumping it and it wont start

Battery have a full charge? Engine cranking, check for spark at the plugs, use a spark tester, anything? If no spark at any plugs, check for primary voltage at the coil and injectors. Dark green with lite green tracer is primary voltage to coil and injectors, engine cranking.
