2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser wont start

Our pt just slowed down and wouldnt grasp power, it is turning over very slowly
( it sounds like it wants to start just cant)
but it wont start?
Please help. We are checking the insde fuse right now and looking at the battery? There seems to be corosion on the terminal? Cleaning that up and know?

Make sure the terminals are clean and tight. Also, with a volt meter, make sure the battery is producing 12+ volts. Once the engine is cranking, check to make sure you are getting spark and fuel to the engine. Here are the how to's for that:
