Hello, I did the code look up and the code said

The Idle Speed Control Motor doen't seem to be working properly

what do I need to do

also I just put in the controll for all the cooling fans cost with labor $760.00
is that relevant to this?

Hello
I don't believe the previous fan repairs would have anything to do with this, unless the mechanic who serviced the vehicle accidentally unplugged or in some manner harmed the wiring of the IAC.

You should test all of the wiring to the IAC motor. Perform the following procedures and post your results. I will follow up.
