I have had 5 broken motor mounts replaced by the dealer in the last 1.5 yrs. The vehicle was purchased used, dealer certified, with 11k miles. I am trying to find out if this is common problem and if it qualifies for lemon law consideration in AZ. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time and any advice.

This is not a common problem. As far as the lemon, the problem must occurr 3 times and the dealer must have three times to try to repair. Also, it has to be safety related.

90 yr mother in law had to replace all mounts in 2012 at 24,000, then in 2019 at 33,000 front left mount missing bolt and most probable other mounts broken due to failure of front mount. I am finding this is way to common problem. I have older mustangs one 69 mach 1 that had 330,000 miles and still running when rebuilt. Original motor mounts were still good.
This might be worth looking at class action suit since cost is close to $2,000 to replace all mounts and especially when they don't last very long. There are attorneys that will take at no cost if they can get enough people with same problem.
