I have a Chrysler LHS (1997) that I bought a new flasher module for. With assumption that it goes under the dash--i cannot find the exact place it is located. Nobody at the auto parts store could advise either. Please help

The turn signal/Hazzard flasher is a small unit located between the fuse block and the brake pedal on a bracket under the driver's side air condition duct.

To replace the flasher, simply detach it from its electrical connector and plug in the new one.

Make sure the replacement is identical to the original. Compare the old one to the new one.
